Grants Management

Designed after extensive consultation with grant makers and grant consultants, First Point's Grants Management Extension enables you to manage all aspects of grant making.

Define the funds you manage — either your own, or those you manage for other organisations. Income and expenditure can be to/from any mix of funds. Income schedules enable you to record regular income from grant givers and donors. Payment schedules enable you to track grant and loan applicants.

First Point enables money to be allocated/reallocated from any number of funds by value or percentage. Manual and automatic schedule creation is supported for both income and expenditure, and full support for creating loan repayment schedules with interest charges.

Payment approval and receipt confirmation screen, automatic cheque printing and wide reporting capabilities are just some of the features on offer.
